Join Illinois Biotechnology Industry Organization and Tate & Lyle for our next iBIO Lunch Series for a discussion on how food innovation and agriculture can address some of the most pressing health issues we face globally.

With expertise that expands the menu from the farmer’s gate to the consumer’s plate, this program will focus on the health-enhancing characteristics of novel functional foods, ingredients and crops to help high-risk individuals in a personalized medical model.
