Solar System Symphony

May 24, 2016 @ 7:30 pm - 9:25 pm

$6

Enjoy a night of astronomy and music! From the violent volcanoes of Venus, to the many moons of Jupiter, to the icy plains of Pluto, take a tour across the solar system: watch astronomy visualizations on-stage while the Bienen School of Music Brass Ensemble performs music from The Planets (Holst),  Also sprach Zarathustra (Strauss), and Sinfonietta (Higgins).

After the show (weather permitting), join Northwestern CIERA astronomers on the Arts Green South for a view through a telescope.  All ages are welcome!

Tickets are $6 for the general public and $4 for students with a valid ID. Click here for more information.
