Pi Day Pi K Run

Each year on Pi Day (3/14), Illinois Science Council hosts a Pi Day “Pi K” fun run to celebrate Pi in all its glory by running 3.14 miles (a little more than a 5K) in Pi K t-shirts and then enjoying pie (or pie-flavored donuts), pi-related quizzes, and prizes! It’s a great start to the running season and a fun time for all. Mark your calendars for the next Pi Day!

This year’s event is over.

But don’t worry. There’ll be another one next year. Want a reminder?

Run on Pi for all the pies. ISC makes sure that wherever you are in the city, you can find Pi Day discounts at bakeries and pizzerias so you can celebrate Pi Day in style!
